Simon Jawichre has made two changes in his match day 23 as they prepare to meet Namibia this afternoon in the second Barthes U20 match day. The starting 15 are unchanged but in the bench is where has brought in Waiyaki Kinyua for Benadict Muiruri while Terrence Ogutu replaces Eugene Odhiambo.

Chipu kicked off their campaign on Saturday in the early kick-off match against Tunisia where they emerged victorious with a 29-21 scoreline. Captain Roymark Maruti confirmed the team is well-prepared and ready to meet Namibia as he also urged the fans in Zimbabwe to show up and cheer team Kenya.

The last time the two met was on April 20th 2024 in Zimbabwe and Chipu secured a 34-28 win. This year’s match will kick off at 1:00pm on Wednesday 23rd April 2025.
