Kenya Sevens have been Pooled in Pool C at the Perth 7s tournament taking place from 24th to 26th January. They are joined by series leaders Fiji, New Zealand and Uruguay.
Heading into the Perth 7s, Shujaa kicked off the World Series at 10th place in Dubai where they gathered 3 points, in the second leg, Cape Town 7s, they stormed into the Cup quarterfinals where they lost 14-26 to Argentina in the 5th Place semifinal. Dropping to 7th place playoff, they emerged victorious with a 32-17 victory over Great Britain. They head to Australia in 9th position overall.
The team is currently in a residential camp preparing for the Perth 7s.
