Division Two of the Sepetuka7s saw the Menengai Cream Homeboyz II ranked first after a trail blazing first day of the tournament. In the pool matches, Homeboyz II beat Webuye 17-7, they then landed 33 points against Citam Kisumu without conceding a single try. Homeboyz ended their day with a 50-0 win over Nakuru Kiti.
Northern Suburbs are seeded second as the tournament heads into the second day at the Eldoret Sports Club. They registered 3 out of 3 wins on the first day beating Moi University, KCAA Stormers and Daystar Falcons 26-7, 38-00 and 26-00 respectively.
The third ranked team Egerton Wasps also had a 100%-win rate as they beat their opponents KPA Eldoret 24-0, TUK 24-0 before finalizing their day on a narrow 14-10 win over Stingers.
