PRINSLOO 7s POOLS ANNOUNCED
The stage is set for an exciting weekend of rugby as we head in to the last leg of the SportPesa National 7s Circuit. Teams have been drawn into their respective pools for the #Prinsloo7s tournament.
In the main tournament, #Driftwood7s champions Kenya Harlequin headlines Pool A and will face off against Zetech University, Menengai Oilers, and Mombasa RFC. Pool B features KCB Rugby alongside Nondescripts, Mwamba RFC, and Nakuru RFC. KU Blakblad leads Pool C and will take on Strathmore Leos, MMUST and Catholic Monks. Pool D comprises Kabras Sugar, Daystar Falcons, Stallions Rugby, and Kabarak University.
Division 2 will also bring intense competition, with Tum Marines, Bungoma RFC, Jackals, and KCA University battling in Pool A. Pool B consists of NYS Spades, Mean Machine, Molo RFC, and Rongai Morans. Pool C features JKUAT, AP Warriors, Nandi Bears, and Kisii RFC. In Pool D, N.Suburbs, Ngong Warriors, Eldoret RFC, and Presbyterian University will compete. Pool E has MKU Thika up against Homeboyz RFC, Project 61, and Kisii Kifaru.
The Women’s category is equally packed with talent. Pool A sees Impala, Ruck It, Western Spears, and NYS-Gilgil competing. In Pool B, Kabeberi runners-up Mwamba will face Kenya Harlequins, Meru Ladies, and Groundshakers. Pool C consists of N.Suburbs, Nakuru Ladies, NYS Spades, and Kabarak University.
