Fallen Nakuru and Simbas back row Mike Okombe will be laid to rest at his parents’ home in Kakamega County on Saturday 18 November 2017.
A number of activities have been scheduled as part of Mike’s final send off. There shall be daily prayer meetings at the Nakuru Athletic Club between now and Saturday 11 November.
Sunday 12 November will see a memorial service held for Mike at CITAM Nakuru, this is scheduled to take place at 1030am paving way for a fundraising drive from 2.30pm the same day at the Nakuru Athletic Club. Wellwishers can additionally send their donations through M-PESA paybill 874900 account name MIKE.
