The Kenya Rugby Union invites tenders for provision of ticket vending services for advance, complimentary and gate collections.
Within one working day (working day being any day of the week between Monday and Friday, 0800-1700Hrs) excluding weekends and gazette public holidays in the Republic of Kenya, a Bidder is required to acknowledge receipt of this notice, and notify by email his/her intention to submit a bid to Kenya Rugby Union via the office email address: info@kru.co.ke. In the reply mail, he/she is requested to provide the following information:
- Bidding Company name
- Name of Bidder’s sole point of contact for this RFP
- Position held in Company
- His/her Mobile number
- Office Telephone number
- Email address
Willing bidders are requested to reach out to the Office via the email provided above for them to receive a copy of the RFP. Failure to provide all the above information will be perceived as an intention not to submit a bid and the Bidder will be eliminated from the process. The deadline for submitting the bid is Thursday 15th August at 5:00pm EAT.
