The independent judicial panel, hearing an assault charge against Curtis Olago (Head Coach, KCB Rugby) on Tuesday 25 July 2017, found that the charge was not proven and did not impose any sanctions but recommended a letter of reprimand from the Kenya Rugby Union addressed to both Olago and Mwangi Karimi of the Kenya Rugby Referee Society (the complainant).
The Judicial Officer presiding over this hearing was Edwin Obuya.
