South Africa defeated Kenya 17-0 in Sydney Sevens cup quarterfinal action at the Allianz Stadium on Sunday morning.
The Blitzboks took a 10-0 lead at the interval through tries from Seabelo Senatla who scored twice in quick succession.
They continued to deny Shujaa any meaningful opportunity to play and landed their third try moments after Nelson Oyoo had chased down and tackled Senatla, Ruhan Nel reacting quickest to the loose ball to set up Tim Agaba for the try, Geduld converting for the full time score.
Shujaa will play Fiji in the fifth place semifinal at 8.52am EAT while South Africa tackle the USA at 9.36am EAT.
