Further to the Notice of Annual General Meeting issued on 26.02.2020 for the said meeting to be held on Wednesday 25th March 2020, the Board has no alternative but to postpone the meeting based on the current Corona Virus situation Worldwide.
The Ministry of Health has strictly advised against non-essential movements and gatherings of persons and it is in light of this that we postpone the above.
We will advise a new date for the meeting keeping in line with the requisite notice periods for setting a new date.
