The Kenya Lionesses squad that will be heading to Poland for the third leg of the HSBC World Rugby Challenger Series has been announced this morning by  Head Coach Denis Mwanja. Following their victory in Cape Town, the team took their required rest before resuming training a week later and from that point on it has been laser-focus for Poland.

Coach Mwanja has made one change from the team that was in Cape Town, Faith Livoi misses out on the European tour but many will be thrilled to see the return of Phoebe Akinyi. She sustained an injury in Poland last year seeing her miss out all other tournaments for the rest of the year but her recovery journey has been nothing but full of determination.

The Lionesses are in Pool A alongside Belgium, Colombia and Thailand. They will kick off their campaign on 11th April at 11:50am against Belgium, at 3:20pm, they will take on Thailand before wrapping up their match day one versus Colombia at 6:28pm.
