Mean Machine return to the Kenya Cup as the KRU Championship winners after a 10-5 win over Menengai Oilers at the ASK Nakuru Showground.
Machine led 5-0 at half time before Oilers bounced back into the game landing their first try. The match was 5 – 5 at full time before Machine scored their second try,earning the 2018 Championship title.
Both teams have been promoted to the 2018/2019 Kenya Cup as Mombasa RFC and Resolution Kisii RFC were relegated.
